With a small but mighty West Africa team, we have made remarkable strides, but there is still much untapped potential to be unlocked in a rapidly growing market. More hands are needed to seize this business development opportunity.

When this opportunity is realized and the client base expands, the needs for local customer operations will also grow. By increasing our manpower and expertise on the ground, we are positioning ourselves to better serve our existing and future clients, forge new partnerships, and drive sustainable growth in key markets such as Lagos and Abuja.

New Hires

The current hiring push in West Africa aims to bring on 8 full-time positions and one intern. Most of these hires will focus on Business Development, with additional investment in customer operations to ensure new customers are properly onboarded and supported with continuity:

1. Senior Business Development Executives (5 positions; 4 Lagos, 1 Abuja): These individuals will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue generation in the region by bringing in new clients across Workpay products. 
2. Business Development Manager- Partnerships (1 Position, Lagos): This role will join our new Partnerships Team to help expand our market presence and drive growth by developing referral and resale partners.
3. Senior Business Development Manager (1 Position, Lagos): This senior leadership role will spearhead Workpay's growth initiatives across West Africa, driving strategic business development efforts and ensuring alignment with our company goals and values.
4. Customer Success Executive (1 position; Lagos): The individual will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth amongst our growing West African client base.
5. Customer Success Intern (1 position; Lagos): This intern will support the two Customer Success Executives to enhance the overall customer experience and deliver value to west African clients.
