Esther Osigweh
Nigeria
Senior Business Development Executive- Nigeria
Hi Everyone, My name is Esther and I hail from the Eastern part of Nigeria.
I’m often called Jack of some trades because when I'm not strategizing and closing deals, you’ll find me whipping up culinary delights in Nigeria or managing my online jewelry store in Nairobi.
On weekends when I'm free, I love to volunteer with a food bank initiative in Lagos, Nigeria that focuses on pregnant women and children in tackling malnutrition. I also have a knack for diving into the endless vault of free knowledge on Youtube-it’s my own discovery channel.
Curiosity fuels me and makes life more exciting in and out of the office!
I'm excited to be part of a team shaping the future of the workplace, where continuous growth is prioritized and people are valued.

Hello, everyone!
When I’m not busy managing internal controls and ensuring financial accuracy, I’m deeply involved in activities that allow me to give back to my community. With over five years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, I find it important to balance the precision and responsibility of my work with endeavours that create positive social impact.
One of the causes closest to my heart is the Anti-Drug Misuse and Abuse Program (ADMAP), where I actively participate in advocating for healthier lifestyles and supporting efforts to reduce drug misuse. I also serve as a finance trustee for the Changing Lives with Oluebube Foundation, where I provide my financial expertise to help fund initiatives that improve the lives of individuals in need.
Outside of my volunteer work, I enjoy music compilations, staying connected to people and learning new things. Whether it’s exploring the latest in financial management trends or simply engaging in
conversations that spark new ideas, I’m always eager to learn and grow.
These personal passions remind me that the work we do beyond the office can make a lasting difference.

In my leisure time, I find joy in reading, particularly on topics that broaden my understanding of technology, history, and culture. Abubakar Mohammed
Nigeria
Senior Business Development Executive
Hello My name is Abubakar Mohammed, A senior Business Development Executive, I am from the Western part of Nigeria.
I’m a passionate salesperson with deep roots in four distinct Nigerian tribes—Nupe, Yoruba, Hausa, and Edo—each of which has shaped my worldview and approach to life. Growing up surrounded by such a rich mix of cultures, languages, and traditions, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diversity, which I carry with me in both my professional and personal life.
Building connections with people from all walks of life is not just a job for me; it’s a passion. I believe every conversation holds potential, and every person I meet has a unique perspective to offer. Whether it’s a local
connection or an international client, I enjoy learning about new cultures and experiences while expanding my reach in the sales world.
I’m also someone who loves being outdoors, spending at least 70% of my time enjoying the natural world. Whether it's go-karting or kayaking, a walk in the street of Lagos, or just enjoying the fresh air, being outdoors recharges me and keeps me grounded. This love for exploration extends to my love of travel. I’m always eager to discover new places, experience different cultures, and learn from every journey I take.
In a world that’s constantly changing, I find that these passions keep me balanced, focused, and connected to the larger world around me.
On a personal note, I’m married with two wonderful kids, who inspire me every day. Family is my anchor, and they motivate me to push forward in both my career and personal endeavors.
I am glad to be a member of this family.
Thank you.
