My expertise spans HR strategy, payroll solutions, Employer of Record (EOR) services, and compliance—in East African markets(but eager to take up the challenge of the global aspect). I specialize in navigating the intersection between HR strategy and business growth, ensuring payroll compliance, and developing scalable systems to support a diverse, global workforce.

Beyond work, I’m deeply passionate about my faith, love nature walks, and enjoy adrenaline-packed activities—skydiving is on my bucket list, but go-karting is my usual thrill!

Zipho’s Favorite Things in Kenya

People: “everyone is so kind and warm. I’ve been meeting people inside and outside of Sales, at Diba and Westpark. I feel like I have so many friends here. I hope I can take good care of them in SA some day!”
Safety: “sadly, safety is always a concern in SA, especially for women. But I don’t feel that here. There’s lots of police, guards, cameras everywhere, and everyone is so nice!”
The Expressway: “I’m going to recommend this to our President for Cape Town!”
Diani Beach: “Diani is just stunning. I would go for my honeymoon!”
Team Building: “I’ve never been white water rafting. I’m so excited”
